About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, development, and optimisation of Salesforce solutions across the organisation. You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive best practices in coding, architecture, and SDLC processes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Software Development & Oversight: Guide complex development tasks, ensure code quality, and promote adoption of modern development practices.
  • Solutions Delivery & Architecture: Analyse requirements, design scalable solutions, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure system performance and maintainability.
  • Mentorship, Monitoring & Optimisation: Lead and coach the development team, implement system monitoring, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive solution documentation and lead enhancements to SDLC guidance for Salesforce technologies.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce development, system administration, and DevOps environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, TypeScript, declarative Salesforce tools, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Mulesoft integrations, REST APIs, and multi-org Salesforce environments
  • Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and solution architecture capabilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills
