About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will ensure the security, configuration, and optimal performance of the Salesforce platform. You will manage system administration, data integrity, reporting, and user enablement, providing a reliable foundation for business teams to operate efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage user access, monitor system performance, and support sandbox environments and releases.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, approvals, dashboards, and reports; automate processes using Flows or DevOps tools.
  • Provide responsive support, training, and guidance to increase user adoption and capability.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and maintain actionable reports and dashboards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver Salesforce solutions.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Business Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications and experience in a mature Salesforce environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, data management, and release support
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
