Position Details

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Officer, Strategic Operations, to join the Dispute Resolution Division, fixed term until 19 March 2027.  

 The Senior Officer, Strategic Operations will provide a high level of support and guidance to the Manager, Strategic Operations, and broader Division leadership team on the daily operational priorities across the Dispute Resolution Division of the Building and Plumbing Commission. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Strong operational support, with and ability to provide practical service delivery advice.
  • Experience managing client complaints, identifying trends, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Skills in preparing and analysing operational and expenditure reports, with the ability to recommend actions.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage divisional assets and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to develop and maintain operational guidelines and process documentation.
  • A collaborative approach to supporting projects and divisional initiatives.
