Position Details

We have an opportunity for someone to join our team as an Information Management Officer.  Reporting to the Team Leader - Information Services, the role is responsible for the administration and management of information assets that are received, generated, stored and distributed. The responsibilities cover the full life cycle of any information including the archiving and destruction processes. 

Duties include: 

  • Supporting the Team Leader in the continuous improvement of information and records management systems, policies and procedures, ensuring that the information architecture supports other business units and meets legislative obligations. 
  • Assisting with the audit of compliance against an audit program of policies and procedures. Report results and recommendations to the Team Leader Information Services.

Due to the requirement to attain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance candidates must be an Australian citizen at the time of application.
