Position Details
What you will be doing
As Business Support Officer, you'll be the supportive backbone of our Information and Digital Services (IDS) Leadership Team, playing a crucial role in:
- Providing high-level administrative support, including meeting minute taking and coordination for committee meetings.
- Creating, developing and customising Sharepoint sites.
- Preparing professional reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinating team meetings, social activities, catering, and acting as a liaison between the IDS Branch and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who possesses:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, invoice processing systems, document management, and Sharepoint site creation/customisation.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to produce high-quality written documentation and reports.
- A proactive, positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for supporting others.
