What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Manager, Digital and Online Communication, this role will be responsible for:

  • Producing web content and digital assets adhering to accessibility and relevant style guides
  • Publishing through our content management system (Sitecore) and mass-messaging communication platform (Whispir)
  • Managing digital projects, including creating detailed project plans, web change plans, and developing strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation
  • Enhancing digital assets through methods such as user testing, audits, reporting and analytics, and web governance platforms

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrated experience with website content management systems and mass-messaging platforms
  • High quality writing and editing skills for web and digital content
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), style guides, and user experience best practice
  • Commitment to the VEC's core values
