What you will be doing

Reporting directly to Team Leader, Communications and Customer Service, this role will be responsible for:

  • Delivering VEC reception services
  • Responding to public queries, including enrolment-related enquiries, by phone, email and in person.
  • Coordinating mail handling and completing various administrative tasks

  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service and customer-centred solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
