What you will be doing
Reporting directly to Team Leader, Communications and Customer Service, this role will be responsible for:
- Delivering VEC reception services
- Responding to public queries, including enrolment-related enquiries, by phone, email and in person.
- Coordinating mail handling and completing various administrative tasks

- Experience delivering high-quality customer service and customer-centred solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
