Position Details

The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for working across DET teams to coordinate and monitor implementation activity, proactively managing relationships with counterparts in both regional and central program areas. As a key conduit between central office and regional teams, it will be imperative for this person to develop a good understanding of the organisation, roles and responsibilities and the specific resources to draw on for support. This person will have strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical abilities matched with sound written communication skills in order to analyse, monitor and evaluate, develop, prepare and deliver advice on implementation policy and progress. Excellent inter-personal skills and a sound understanding of project management processes will also be essential to the role in order to clearly communicate options and processes and facilitate effective engagement with key stakeholders.
