About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director, Resource Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Culture and Capability team in the delivery of a broad range of services  that ensure our culture is change ready and our people are skilled and prepared to adapt to current and emerging business directions.

You will oversee the development and delivery of an enterprise-wide approach to change management and provide high level advice and consultancy to all levels within Parliament relating to organisational culture and capability and learning and development.

You will identify opportunities and value-adding initiatives in the delivery of programs, monitor industry trends and best practice and manage research and data analysis to inform the development and implementation of culture and performance initiatives.

About You

You will have substantial leadership and internal consultancy experience as well as demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of organisational culture, capability and change models. As an accomplished manager, you excel at motivating, coaching and mentoring your team.

You work hard while having fun and you are comfortable challenging the status quo. You like to shake things up and embrace new perspectives and have a balanced approach to strategic engagement and ‘doing the work'.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communicating with influence to drive and support change and go above and beyond to meet client expectations.
