Position Details
The People Coordinator is responsible for general administrative support for the People Partnering team and People operational services to support the employee lifecycle across VicGrid. This will include providing a range of support services such as inbox management, data entry, extracting and creating reports, document management, handling a range of operational people transactions for the employee lifecycle, and maintainingaccurate data and employee files.

What you will deliver
- You willprovide general administrative support to the People Partnering team and wider People and Capability Branch.
- You will deliver high quality, customer-centric operational people services for all staff as directed, this may include creating or editing positions or employee data, processing job changes and employee movements as well asmaintaining data integrity.
- You will collect and compile information, prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements to support information flow and team decision making.
- You will contribute as an active member of the People & Capability Branch, to the delivery of group and departmental priorities, and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focussed, collaborative, professional and engaged.
What you will bring
- Previous administrative experience with ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- Can do attitude with a willingness to collaborate as part of a close-knit team.
- Strongverbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- A good working knowledge of Government policy frameworks would be beneficial.
