About the Role:
The Manager Property Services is accountable for the management of the CFA property portfolio, the delivery of property purchasing, leasing and disposal programs, the provision of facilities management services for the Head Office buildings and for the state-wide oversight and coordination of real estate related functions.
The role ensures that land acquisitions programs support the CFA capital works programs for buildings and facilities, asset databases are comprehensively managed and the cost-effective management of CFA‘s risks from owning and operating a large real estate portfolio for its service delivery requirements.
About You:
Working closely with the Head of Land and Building Services, staff and volunteers you will be a commercially savvy professional with strong business acumen and technical expertise in leading, planning and coordinating the delivery of asset strategies, policies, processes and resources that ensure cost effective management of CFA's property portfolio and facility management services within the scope of the role.
