Our opportunity

The solicitor (DA & Litigation) will work in an environment of tight deadlines to meet constantly changing priorities & address urgent new and emerging developments in the evolving areas of gambling regulation. 

Key accountabilities

•  Provide authoritative, accurate and timely, legal advice and assist with written briefings to the Commission, Directors and staff on gambling matters relating to investigations, disciplinary and litigation matters under the legislative, regulatory and policy framework for gambling regulation in Victoria

•   Experience in the conduct litigation in a complex environment or comparable experience
