About the branch and role
The Royal Commissions Branch has been instructed to provide legal services in relation to a number of Royal Commissions including Aged Care, Mental Health and Victoria Police.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Team Leader Project Delivery to join the Branch to manage resources and information across the Royal Commission teams. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of paralegals, assisting with scheduling and planning of meetings with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of paralegals including workload allocations, performance management and assisting with recruitment processes.
  • Managing and monitoring timeframes and progress of project deliverables.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Skills and experience

  • Proven leadership and supervision experience of a team.
  • Solid knowledge and experience of project coordination.
  • Superior time management skills and ability to problem solve under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing timelines.
