About the branch and role
The Royal Commissions Branch has been instructed to provide legal services in relation to a number of Royal Commissions including Aged Care, Mental Health and Victoria Police.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Branch Team Leader Operations to join the Branch to support and coordinate the management of the legal support team. In this role, you will proactively contribute to the smooth running of the branch and drive continuous improvement processes.


  • Manage and supervise a legal support team including workload allocations, performance management and assisting with recruitment processes.
  • Administering and managing the delivery of Branch processes and reporting.
  • Facilitating the preparation of branch specific publications.

Skills and experience

  • Proven leadership and supervision experience of a team.
  • Advanced technical and legal administrative skills.
  • Superior time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to problem solve under pressure.
