  • Providing strategic advice on complex people issues
  • Working as part of a great, people-oriented and friendly P&C division
  • Collaborating with Executive Leaders to drive great people outcomes
  • Building influential relationships with client groups
  • Leading efforts in early identification, intervention, and resolution of issues
  • Keeping abreast of employment legislation changes and their impacts
  • Guiding and mentoring P&C team members
  • Contributing to the shaping of our workforce during a period of significant growth.
