Position Details
The opportunity
The Project Safety Advisor will play a key role in the development and implementation of effective H&S management standards, practices and reporting processes across VHBA's program of major health infrastructure projects. Working alongside project delivery teams, this role ensures H&S risks and opportunities are effectively managed and controlled. This senior H&S role leads strategic advice provision across incident investigations, root cause analysis and emergency response management.
We are looking for:
- Experience as a senior project safety manager of construction and infrastructutre projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing project safety and compliance with key stakeholders, contractors and government interfaces.
- A record of managing complex project environments and balancing broad stakeholder perspectives and perspectives.
- A strong problem solving and analytical skillset.
