We have an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic administration professional who will thrive on organising and coordinating our busy Marketing & Communications department.
 
The Executive Assistant, Marketing & Communications reports directly to the Executive Manager, Marketing & Communications.
 
This multifaceted role involves coordinating our Executive Manager for Marketing & Communication's calendar and admin tasks, whilst also supporting the administration needs of the broader Marketing and Communications team including:

  • preparing documents
  • assisting with event coordination and invites
  • preparing presentations
  • meeting coordination and minutes.

 

In addition to these responsibilities, you will thrive on limited supervision and direction.
 
You will be a career administration professional, who loves nothing more than ensuring our busy and high performing Marketing & Communications department functions effortlessly.
 
You will also be expected to develop exceptional relationships both internally and externally, that will support your role in coordinating and processing a high level of information and stakeholders.

Unit: Marketing & Communications Group
Tenure: Part Time, Ongoing (0.8 FTE)
Classification: VicHealth Grade C
Remuneration: $64,268 ($51,414 pro rata) (plus superannuation and other benefits)
 
Qualifications and experience required
 

  • Relevant qualification at Advanced Diploma level in and/or strong demonstrable experience
  • Demonstrable experience within diary management, task prioritisation, and maintenance of office systems
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable experience in MS Office applications
  • Excellent stakeholder/relationship management skills
  • Experience working within the public health, community or government sectors preferred.
