About you

You are an experienced in-house recruiter who brings a strong service mindset, sound judgement and a commitment to fair and inclusive recruitment. You will bring:

  • Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a public sector, statutory or otherwise regulated environment, with the ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills, with confidence advising, influencing and coaching hiring managers, and translating labour market insights and data into clear, practical recruitment strategies.
  • Proactive sourcing and talent pooling capability, including experience building and maintaining pipelines for hard-to-fill or recurring roles using contemporary sourcing approaches and tools.
  • A commitment to inclusive, candidate-centred recruitment, with an understanding of diversity, equity and cultural safety principles, and a focus on delivering respectful and positive experiences for all candidates.
