  • Salary range: $98,902 - $123,624 plus super plus salary packaging
  • Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model

About the role
In this role you will provide high-quality senior executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and are responsible for supporting and managing a range of strategic and confidential issues, often in short timeframes while handling competing demands.

The senior executive assistant is responsible for proactively managing the CEO's diary, liaising with key senior internal and external stakeholders, and implementing best practice workflow management to ensure efficient and timely support to the CEO.

By providing leadership and mentorship to the executive assistant group, the role ensures consistency of practice across the organisation. The role assists with projects and other activities that are led by the office of the CEO (OCEO), as required.

This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.

About you

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and discretion for maintaining confidentiality, exercising sound judgment, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and high organisational skills to manage competing work priories and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability for high flexibility of changing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven senior experience providing high level executive and administrative support (mandatory).
