As a Client Service Coordinator, you are part of a small team responsible for the end to end development and delivery of a portfolio of harm prevention and recovery services to VMIA clients. You support the design and development, and coordinate the delivery, of these services that directly contribute towards a more confident and resilient Victoria.You apply your excellent client service, analytical, organisational and logistical skills to a portfolio of services that directly impact outcomes at an individual client and sector level.Your role reports to the Client Service Designer, within the Service Delivery Division.

The Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) provides risk advice and insurance services for the Victorian Government. We work with our clients to improve quality of life for the Victorian community.

We advise and insure more than 4,300 clients. They include Victorian Government departments, statutory authorities and agencies, hospitals, tertiary institutions, health centres, community service organisations, national parks, museums and cemetery trusts. We cover infrastructure such as state roads, rail and bridges.

About the role:

Reporting to the Client Service Designer, this is an exciting opportunity to move into a newly created role within the Service Delivery Division, where you will support the design, development and delivery of services to VMIA clients. This role offers real variety and will see you coordinating the delivery of workshops, focus groups, guest speaker presentations, webinars, conferences, online services, communities of practice etc.  These services will directly contribute towards a more confident and resilient Victoria.

You will use your excellent client service, analytical, organisational and logistical skills to support a great client experience.

About you:

We're looking for experience in, or demonstrated capability for, planning, coordinating and delivering high quality services and events including strong attention to detail, showing initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver quality for VMIA and its clients.

You have experience in a similar role, perhaps gained from administration, client services, project management office, communications, education, event management.
