Position Details

  • VPSG2 range $48,489 - $62,267 pro rata p.a. + super + leave loading
  • Part time, Ongoing
  • Working within Eastern Region Division 1, located at the Forest Hill Police Complex*

About the role:As the successful applicant, you will provide executive support to the Divisional Commander as well as performing a range of administrative support duties pivotal to the management of Divisional Headquarters.  

Some of your duties will include:

  • Maintain accurate file recording and movement.
  • Telephone enquiries.
  • Minute Taking.
  • General office administrative duties.
  • Other administrative duties as directed.


Skills and experience:

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in performing a range of administrative support duties.
  • Appropriate word processing and computer skills.
  • Good organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to function within a team environment and deal appropriately with sensitive and highly confidential information.



*Your usual place of work will be within Eastern Region Division 1, Forest Hill Police Complex, 469 Springvale Road however you may be required to work at any other station within Division 1 as required.
