ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications to join us for the ride in this full-time ongoing role. 

This role leads the Marketing and Communications team at VicScreen, positioning Victoria as a global centre for screen. Key to the role is the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns, ownership of the brand and spearheading corporate communications.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

The Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications is a strategic thinker with the marketing expertise to further cement Victoria's standing as a screen destination. A natural leader, they inspire action by translating strategies into collective and individual pathways to success. Managing a team of professionals to make the conceptual tangible, deliver projects, and champion the Victorian screen industry to the world. You'll also bring;

  • Experience: Proven experience in creating and managing a brand framework in alignment with organisational expectations, managing teams and creating and delivering marketing and communications activities that support business plan objectives.
  • Marketing and Communications: Strong experience in the development and delivery of leading marketing and communications practices.
  • Systems: Demonstrated experience implementing marketing and communications technology, digital marketing concepts and application of social media channels within marketing and communications plans.
  • Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things screen drives you to deliver quality client services – day-in, day-out
