About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

VCAT
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.
VCAT has embarked on a service transformation focused on delivering enhanced digital service, providing easier access to services, developing stronger connections with service partners through technology integrations and digital workflows and building an empowered and capable workforce who are receptive and ready for change.
About the Role
The Service Delivery Manager manages the effective operation of VCAT's Service Delivery Group. VCAT is seeking an experienced and passionate Manager who is adept at managing large teams to lead the Tribunal's Service Delivery Group.
This role will lead, direct and motivate staff and be responsible for the management and development of the SDG leadership team. With extensive service transformation underway at the Tribunal, the Service Delivery Manager will participate in and collaborate on the refinement of VCATs operating model and move to new CBD accommodation in 2026.
The role will be responsible for developing and aligning a best practice operating model, support related business transition and managing change impacts across the team.
About You
The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience in a customer centric environment, including high volume contact centres. Additionally, experience in providing effective leadership to a busy operational team, and providing insight and complex authoritative advice on complex issues is required.
You will enjoy driving cultural change, have demonstrated ability maintaining positive staff morale and will be committed to the delivery of high quality customer service to the Victorian commuity.
A relevant tertiary qualification and/or commensurate relevant experience will be highly regarded.
