Position Details

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced customer service specialists to join our Customer Service team delivering front line services to our customers, parties and external service providers. Duties include answering customer enquiries across a wide range of service channels in addition to performing a range of associated administrative functions.  

We are transforming our services and the way we provide them to the Victorian community. You will play a key role in delivering a series of new initiatives in the months and years to come arising from our customer service improvement program and our desire to deliver contemporary and customer-centric services. 

You will have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will bring your appetite for change and the ability to embrace innovation and digital technologies to meet and enhance contemporary service expectations.
