Position Details

At VCAT, we hear and decide civil and administrative legal cases in the State of Victoria. Our vision is to serve the community by resolving disputes in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner.  

We are seeking two highly motivated and collaborative Member Support Officers to join the Member Support Team. The successful applicants will be responsible for supporting Tribunal Members, under the direction of the Member Support Coordinator, and work with other Member Support Officers to deliver administrative support requirements of Tribunal Members ensuring the effective functioning of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. 

The primary functions of the roles are the provision of all administrative support including; secretariat support, diary and correspondence management, proof reading, formatting and editing of documents whilst maintaining records in accordance with appropriate VCAT case management and records management systems. 

These roles will also entail effective liaison with stakeholders and close collaboration with other Member Support team members.
