Position Details

VCAT are looking for enthusiastic Bench Clerks to join the Listings team to provide support to VCAT Members and users during the hearing of VCAT proceedings.

About the role

Bench Clerks are critical to the effective delivery of services in VCAT Operations. By providing daily in-hearing assistance to Tribunal Members and users, Bench Clerks ensure the efficient running of VCAT hearings.

The role is also responsible for the day-to-day management of hearing rooms and associated technology resources with these rooms. Additionally, Bench Clerks provide administrative support to VCAT's wider operations, including registry, listings and user services, when not in hearings.
