Position Details

  • Provide leadership and support to a large multi skilled team of VCAT VPS2 Bench Clerks and Trainees.
  • Strong service delivery, staff development and operational focus – fixed term, full time to 5 January 2021.
  • VCAT is looking for a people manager who is wanting to take the next step as a leader in a dynamic and fast paced team.    
  • Manage a large fast paced team in a legal environment.

Working in consultation with the Manager, Listings and a team of Listing Coordinators, the successful candidate will manage the daily allocation and activities of Bench Clerk resources to support VCAT Members and users in the delivery of timely and efficient VCAT hearings. The role is also responsible for building and developing team capability by supporting Bench Clerks, outside of their hearing duties, to perform administrative tasks, listing functions and customer service duties across VCAT Operations.
