Position Details

VCAT is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Regional Services team in delivering front line services to VCAT customers and service providers at VCAT venues across Victoria.

The successful candidate will be required to provide relief at VCAT hearing venues throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria and will be required to travel regularly at short notice. The successful candidate must possess a current, valid Australian Divers Licence.     

About the Role:

Our Regional Administrative Officers play an integral role in coordinating VCAT hearings and providing modern and responsive customer services at VCAT venues located across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Regional Administrative Officers are responsible for answering customer enquiries across a wide range of service channels, in addition to performing a range of associated administrative and statutory delegated functions.

You will have excellent communication and customer service skills and proven experience in a community or government service delivery environment working within a legislative framework.

You will bring your appetite for change, proven stakeholder engagement and the ability to embrace innovation and digital technologies to meet and enhance contemporary service expectations.
