About the Role

As Website Editor, you'll play a central role in managing and delivering exceptional content across Parks Victoria's digital platforms. You'll be responsible for maintaining and publishing accurate, timely, and accessible website content using the Sitecore CMS, coordinating inputs from remote authors, and optimising content for SEO and usability.

The role is highly collaborative, working closely with teams across the organisation, including marketing, customer service, operations, and IT. You'll also support online booking product content, respond to internal digital requests, and uphold content governance, accessibility, and compliance standards.

About Parks Victoria

We are a people-focused and purpose-driven organisation committed to connecting Victorians to nature. The Marketing and Customer Experience branch sits within the Communications, Digital & Engagement directorate and plays a pivotal role in informing, inspiring, and engaging the public across all Parks Victoria-managed landscapes. Our digital experience team is collaborative, inclusive, and always looking for better ways to serve the community through accessible and inspiring digital content.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in the administration of enterprise-level websites.
  • A qualification in Sitecore CMS system administration, or equivalent experience with a similar content management system.
  • Proven ability to manage collaborative web development with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with online mapping and spatial systems.
