Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and fostering a culture of continuous development? As WIC's Learning Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our learning strategy and driving initiatives that build capability across the organisation. This is your opportunity to lead the design and delivery of innovative programs and initiatives that empower our people to grow and succeed.

In this role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs aligned with our strategic priorities. You'll design engaging content, manage our eLearning platform, and facilitate workshops that uplift both technical and human skills. From onboarding and induction to leadership development and professional growth, you'll ensure our learning solutions are practical, impactful, and future-focused.

Who we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience designing and developing high quality learning content and activities to support strategic initiatives and drive learning culture.
  • Proven ability to blend creative thinking with contemporary learning design and theory to create innovative learning experiences. 
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with employees, leaders, and external stakeholders through clear and persuasive written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically, exercise sound judgement, and develop effective solutions to complex learning problems.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar.
