At the Workplace Injury Commission, we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.

As we continue an exciting new chapter of growth, we're seeking an experienced ePMO Manager to lead our enterprise project management office and drive excellence across our portfolio of strategic initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will establish and lead WIC's portfolio management centre of excellence, embedding best-practice project management frameworks, governance, assurance and reporting. You'll provide the Executive Leadership Team with clear visibility of project performance, enabling informed decision-making and confidence in the delivery of key organisational priorities.

Working across the organisation, you'll connect strategy, planning and delivery, standardise project practices, and support sponsors to successfully initiate, govern and deliver complex programs of work. You'll also partner closely with the Organisational Change Manager to ensure project delivery is complemented by effective change adoption and stakeholder engagement.

Your expertise will help drive successful outcomes by equipping leaders with meaningful insights, robust governance, and a clear view of progress, risks and opportunities across the portfolio.

Who we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio, program, and project management, with a track record of delivering assurance, governance, and performance in complex organisations.
• Advanced skills in developing and implementing project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, Lean).
• Experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability development for portfolio delivery.
• Highly developed financial and risk management skills, including budget planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience in operating a centre of excellence for portfolio management, providing advice, support, and guidance to project and program managers, sponsors, and ELT
