What you will be doing
Reporting directly to Head of Communication, this role will be responsible for:
• Spearheading transformative internal communication initiatives and strategies to enhance employee connection with the VEC's purpose.
• Driving organisation-wide campaigns to promote culture, wellbeing and inclusion among staff.
• Overseeing the strategic management of the VEC's intranet, ensuring it supports effective internal communication.
• Mentoring a small team, fostering professional growth and driving impactful communication projects
What you will bring to the role
• Proven experience in developing and executing internal and change communication campaigns that drive engagement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across the organisation, fostering teamwork and alignment.
