- Lead the development of funding submissions, business cases and other documents to plan for and seek approval of future phases of the High-rise Redevelopment Program including relocations programs and redevelopments.
- Provide leadership on the coordination and implementation of a range of projects and programs occurring in high-rise neighbourhoods that share similar contextual and geographic features and stakeholders such as local housing offices and local councils to ensure a coordinated whole-of-program delivery.
- Lead the High-rise Redevelopment Program responsibilities under a streamlined statutory planning pathway for social and integrated housing projects, including facilitation of planning applications by Homes Victoria, implementation of design development and consultation guidelines, management of the relationship with the Department of Transport and Planning and providing authoritative advice to government on the application of the streamlined provisions to potential projects.
