About this role
- Full time, maximum term position up to 2 years (will consider 0.8 FTE)
- Salary on offer: $62,123-$76,425 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model (1 day WFH, 4 days in the office)
What are we looking for?
We are on the lookout for an admin superstar; somebody with a can-do attitude, great attention to detail and a customer service mindset.
Previous payroll and Aurion experience is not mandatory, we are committed to taking the time to train you and will give you the tools you need to succeed while also investing time in your short- and long-term professional development.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
What will you be doing?
You will join a close-knit team of payroll professionals who are passionate about delivering high quality support and exceptional customer service to the business.
You will be the first point of contact for all payroll queries; providing advice, guidance and support to internal stakeholders and ensuring adherence with policy, procedures and relevant legislation.
You will be the face of the payroll team; facilitating the payroll induction and supporting new starters to set them up for success.
You will establish positive relationships with internal stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service to the business while maintaining great attention to detail.
