- Full time or (0.8 FTE) part time maximum term position up to February 2026
- This role is a parental leave backfill position
- Salary range: $76,426 - $98,901 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
- Multiple Locations: Broadmeadows, Ballarat, Bairnsdale, Bendigo, Dandenong, Frankston, Geelong, Horsham, Mildura, Morwell, Ringwood, Shepparton, Sunshine, Warrnambool or Wodonga
About the role
In this regionally based role, you will be instrumental in supporting our regional offices with recruitment and onboarding processes. You will serve as the primary liaison between Hiring Managers and the People and Workplace Services (PaWS) team, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and fostering effective collaboration among hiring teams.
In addition to your recruitment responsibilities, you will partner with the Regional Leadership Team to identify and implement professional development initiatives tailored to the needs of our regional staff.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Proven administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate task execution.
- Strong organizational abilities to prioritize workloads, apply initiative, and manage competing demands effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear and concise reports and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and online platforms, to facilitate efficient communication and documentation.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships and work positively with diverse groups.
