Position Details
As an outcome of the new CPOM implementation each quarter substantive CPP3 employees will have the opportunity to demonstrate their suitability at the CPP4 level and have their substantive role uplifted. This process does not allow for employees to change location or area of practice.
To be eligible you must be a current ongoing CPP3 employee who holds mandatory qualifications. Through this process you will be required to demonstrate the capabilities of CPP4 through a written case study and a group activity. This assessment will be delivered online through an assessment centre.
As a part of this assessment, we will be seeking referee checks to confirm findings from the assessment centre and we recommend that you discuss your intent to apply with your current manager.
About the role
At the CPP4 level you will have the opportunity to drive your own cases, work with others, combining your qualifications, experience and expertise across the team portfolio.
You will operate with a higher degree of autonomy, leading the planning review and management of your own case load and you will competently work on cases of greater complexity.
Additionally, you will support and model collaborative practice with stakeholders and colleagues and provide support and guidance to students and colleagues with less experience, where applicable.
For further information about the role including capabilities and key selection criteria, please review the position description attached or discuss with your current supervisor/team leader.
How to Apply and Next Steps
To apply please attach your current resume/CV and a short covering letter. The online application process uses a short form and should take approximately 5 minutes.
Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, you will be invited to attend a virtual assessment centre where you will complete two assessments being a written case study and a group activity. The written case study has specifically been designed with the CPP4 capabilities in mind and discusses a scenario you might face at this level.
The assessment centres will take place on MS Teams on the below dates. In your application you will be asked to nominate your date preference.
- Wednesday 4th December 9am – 11am
- Thursday 5th December 9am – 11am

Applications are open for 3 weeks closing Sunday 24th November 2024.
