- Salary range: $123,625 - $157,340 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role
This role will oversee and drive the design, delivery and implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF). The QAF implementation project will have a significant impact on improving the quality of legal services delivered by panel practitioners through grants of legal aid provided by Victoria Legal Aid (VLA). You will use your project management skills to develop project plans including milestones and timelines, ensuring project objectives are met.
You will also be engaging with internal and external stakeholders regarding the QAF and establishing a quality assurance peer review panel. Additionally, you will scope, seek funding and lead the planning for the proposed implementation of a new independent Peer Review Panel.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you

- Have extensive experience leading projects across the entire lifecycle.
- Demonstrated project management knowledge and experience using various methodologies and systems.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality assurance, compliance and improvement processes.
