About the role
Are you an experienced Administrative Support Officer looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Become an essential part of our dedicated team and contribute to the smooth operations of our busy Outpatient Specialist Clinic. In this role, you'll work closely with skilled medical and clinical staff, providing a friendly and welcoming experience for all clients.
This position is based within the Specialist Outpatient Clinic on Level 3 at Southwest Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process referrals and manage appointment scheduling
- Deliver outstanding clerical support and customer service
- Oversee information filing and retrieval
- Collaborate effectively with all staff members
Position Details:
- Permanent Full-time (80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO). Starting January 2025.

- Salary: $54,839.20 - $63,138.40 per annum + superannuation
