About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking an Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to provide a diverse range of end-to-end administrative services across all areas of the Rehabilitation Unit. This may include, but not limited to clerical, reception and administrative support, as well as relevant data entry on Trak.
The contribution of the broader Administrative Support team is critical to the smooth operation of the broader Nursing Services Directorate and its organisation functions.
Position overview
- Permanent Part time (16 hours per fortnight)
- Warrnambool Campus
- Administration Grade 1 Level 1
- Salary Range: $58,442.80 pro rata, plus superannuation

- Proficiency in various computer applications, including word processing, health information databases, internet, and email.
- Proven experience in data entry.
- Knowledge of medical terminology (highly regarded).
