Job Description
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for maintaining exceptional standards in building and infrastructure management? South West Healthcare (SWH) invites you to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Services Manager.
About the Role
As a senior leader within the SWH Building & Infrastructure team, you will ensure our facilities, assets, and management systems are compliant, operational, and maintained to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, guiding a dedicated team, and contributing to the strategic goals of our healthcare services.
Position Overview
- Permanent, Full Time (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly accrued day off
- Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Administrative Grade 4
- Salary Range: $83,657 - $92,482, plus superannuation
What you bring:
- Proven ability to manage complex systems, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance.
- A track record of success in overseeing hospital or large-scale maintenance operations.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction, maintenance, and compliance industries.
- Advanced technical skills, including expertise in Microsoft applications and maintenance management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement across all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in construction project management, engineering, or related disciplines (or equivalent practical experience).
- A valid Victorian Driver's Licence
