As we continue on an exciting chapter of growth, we need you to join us as an Organisational Design Specialist. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping WIC's future, ensuring our organisational design is fit for purpose to deliver efficiently for injured workers and other parties while improving the experience of work for our people.
Harnessing your expertise in organisational design, you will focus on assessing the potential impacts of service model and technology changes on our organisational design and if required, suggest options for aligning roles, responsibilities and skills with transformation outcomes. This includes promoting innovative solutions to enable effective and efficient service delivery through our service model transformation.
Ideally you will contribute your experience in a consulting role, particularly in designing and delivering organisational designs for government or public sector entities.
You will bring your unique perspectives and expertise to help us turn our proud legacy into a bright future that is agile, resilient, and ready to meet the challenges of the future.
Who we're looking for:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Human Resource Management or similar
- Deep understanding of different organisational designs, methodologies, and frameworks, including design principles for decision-making, responsibility charting matrices, systems and design thinking, and reporting structures.
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational design work, preferably within large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with project and change management processes and tools, particularly in the context of large-scale transformations
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation and present complex organisational design concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering organisational designs for government or public sector entities, with an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements in these environments would be desirable
