Position Details
The Senior Manager – Risk, Assurance and Standards will be specifically accountable for leading a discrete piece of work related to the Division's input and contribution to the design and delivery of a new energy efficiency activity under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program. This will include specific oversight and leadership of risk and compliance activities in the establishment phase of this program, and ongoing management of associated activities as they pertain to the Risk, Assurance and Standards (RAS) Division, including the development, approval and implementation of a Safety and Quality Framework (the “framework”). The new activity and framework will guide the necessary development of the activity and safety and quality assurance measures for the installation of products in residential premises, and the development and implementation of robust processes and activities to ensure that risks are managed appropriately, and that installations are undertaken in a safe and compliant manner.
The Senior Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RAS Division, acting as the ‘go-to' for operational queries and matters that do not require escalation to the Director.
They will work closely with the Division's Operations Coordinator to ensure that activities are undertaken according to the Division's Business Plan and that reporting and other requirements are of high quality and provided in a timely manner.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 3 years. The successful candidate can select a base of either our Melbourne or Morwell office, hybrid work arrangements are also available.
