Position Details
THE ROLE
A rewarding and challenging opportunity exists for a highly experienced Principal Project Manager within Leasing & Placements Unit of the Housing Outcomes and Partnerships Branch of Homes Victoria.
Responsibilities include managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams, determining project feasibility, commercial frameworks, reporting and approvals, risk management, undertaking engagement with internal and external stakeholders overseeing end to end competitive Request for Proposal activities and the handover of these homes to successful organisations.

- Experienced in the planning and implementation of highly complex or large-scale social infrastructure projects?

- Experienced in leading negotiations, commercial contracting and procurement activities with multiple stakeholders?
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provide leadership of a dynamic team, offering support and growth opportunities to enable a high performing team.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of the Community Housing Placement Program in: preparing and executing programs with scope, timeline and budget parameters; preparing and managing tender and evaluation processes; leading negotiations with successful proponents and the execution of contractual documents.
- Provide strategic leadership to the management and delivery of unit submissions, briefings and responses to corporate and government requirements, including business planning, performance monitoring and reporting, risk management and finance and resource management in line with departmental and divisional priorities.
