About the role: 12 months Fixed Term Full Time
As an experienced marketer with over 8 years' experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, having worked in a government or large business complex environment, in this role you'll:
- Lead the delivery and execution of behavioural change and conversion campaigns
- Undertake customer research to drive an audience and insights led approach
- Be responsible for operational day to day management of creative and media agencies
- Evaluate campaign performance driving campaign optimisation
- Work collaboratively across the Communications and Engagement branch to deliver a multi-channel campaign approach

About you:
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering contemporary marketing and communications campaigns in a multichannel context.
- Demonstrated understanding of the public service, health sector and the operation of government.
- A tertiary qualification or substantial experience in fields related to marketing, communications, media and journalism or business administration would be highly desirable.
- Generates new ideas; draws on a range of information sources to identify new ways of doing things; actively influences events and promotes ideas; translates creative ideas into workplace improvements; reflects on experience and is open to new ways to improve practice.
- Prepares complex briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language; edits written communications to ensure they contain the information necessary to achieve their purpose and meet audience needs; ensures appropriate style and formats are used.
- Listens to customers; actively seeks to meet customer needs; seeks ways to improve services; committed to delivering high quality outcomes for clients.
- Observes fine details. Identifies gaps in information; looks for logical sequences of information; highlights practical considerations of plans and activities
