Project Officer

The position, also known as Project Officer, is within the Land Acquisition - Forward Planning team at the Victorian School Building Authority.

This position is fixed term, full time until 30/06/2027.

The role is responsible for supporting the team in planning for the delivery of future government schools. The incumbent will lead on management of operational functions such as procurement, processing / tracking of invoices, and meeting coordination; as well as project support such as document preparation, data collection / analysis and stakeholder management.

The role reports to the Manager, Land Acquisition - Forward Planning and will be required to provide authoritative and timely advice to the Manager and other stakeholders. The incumbent will support the team on collaboration with other areas of the department and other government agencies to ensure the successful delivery of the program.
