About the role:
The Project Officer supports the Office of the Deputy Secretary to deliver a diverse range of business services to the eHealth division and projects managed by the OoDS Branch. Working in a small team this is a diverse role which provides an opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of business support functions including finance, business process and system development, monitoring and maintenance of central communications channels such as central mailboxes, Intranet, newsletters and coordinating briefings and correspondence.

About you:
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload with competing deadlines, strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people both orally and in writing.
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of knowledge and experience across the MS Office suite
- The ability to work autonomously at times and to work as part of a team to support outcomes.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
