About the Role
South West Healthcare's (SWH) Supply Department is seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join as a Storeperson. This position is an integral part of the Regional Supply Network, playing a key role in responding to general stores and supply functions, including stock maintenance, stocktake, and delivery. The position supports the efficient operation of the department while ensuring high-quality service and operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive and dispatch goods within the Supply Department
- Manage stock requisitions, prioritise, and update the database
- Handle internal and external deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with a team to meet priorities
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts
Position overview
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time, (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly ADO
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Storeperson
- Salary Range: $53,508.00 per annum, plus superannuation

While experience in a similar role is preferred, applications are also welcome from those with limited or no experience, as long as there is a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in using technology for stock management
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certificate II in Warehouse Operations
- Forklift licence
