About the role
South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a skilled and motivated person to join our high performing Health Information Services (HIS), as an Administrative Support Officer (ASO).
The ASO role includes general HIS maintenance procedures including filing and assembly of medical records.
The contribution of this role is critical to the smooth operation of the broader Medical Services at SWH and its organisation functions.
Position overview
- Employment Type: Part time (40 hours per fortnight), On going position
- Location: Warrnambool Campus
- Classification: Administrative Worker Grade 1
- Salary Range: $58,442.80 - $64,610.00 pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
- Qualification within Office Administration or similar, e.g. Certificate 3 or equivalent experience
- Sound knowledge and experience in a variety of computer skills including word processing, health information databases, internet and email
- Accurate data entry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment or unsupervised as required
