Casual Grade 2 Occupational Therapist - Covering Leave

About the role:
South West Healthcare (SWH) is looking for a casual Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join our team, covering leave across multiple areas within our Occupational Therapy department. In this role, you will be providing high-quality therapy services to diverse individuals and groups across a variety of clinical areas. The position offers flexibility with blocks of leave across various specialties, giving you the chance to work with a variety of teams while gaining valuable experience.

You will work alongside professionals in Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Podiatry, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Allied Health Assistants, Nursing, and Medical services, using well-equipped clinical spaces to deliver exceptional care.

Position Overview:

  • Employment Type: Casual
  • Hours: Flexible hours to cover leave blocks across multiple areas
  • Salary Range: $57.08 - $65.61 per hour (Inclusive of casual loading)
  • Location: Warrnambool Campus

  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

What you bring:

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Clinical experience within the health sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Previous experience in hand therapy is desirable but not essential
