About the role
Reporting to the Senior Business Advisor, you'll provide high-quality governance and advisory support across the EIR branch. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of branch plans, policies and procedures
- Driving internal communications and engagement initiatives
- Coordinating internal and external reporting obligations
- Leading or contributing to strategic and operational projects across the EIR branch and the broader VEC
This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your creative problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills to design and deliver innovative solutions that strengthen the integrity and impact of electoral operations in Victoria. You'll also be responsible for delivering administrative support to the Directors and wider team, ensuring alignment with the branch's strategic objectives.

Ideally, you'll have:
- Demonstrated experience in business administration, governance, or policy development
